Vermouth elaborated by a traditional recipe of the beginning of the last century with a freshness and aroma, between bitter and sweet. To obtain the base wines, we carefully select Galician native varieties in order to obtain the necessary roundness required for this type of wine, we add sugar, extracts and herbal maceration, among them (sage, marjoram, lemon grass, sagebrush, cinnamon And vanilla) is allowed to stand on wooden bocoyes and finally is filtered.
